1 - UX research & data

Identify the website performance scorecard.

  • Audience overview - # of sessions /Pages Views / Pages Sessions / Bounce Rate etc. (Y over Y).
  • Location/Users.
  • Traffic sources.
  • Visited pages over last 90 days.
  • HP exit page rates.
  • Demographics: establish a portrait of the typical user/patient to be visually represented on the website to establish a stronger “engagement”.
2 - Kick Off

Connect with the client & align with the line of business, identify areas of growth opportunities, type of patient to attract etc.

4 - Child Theme building (features, design & coding.)

  • Header section: utility links | logo | visiting Hours | primary navigation
  • Hero section: showcase a "patient" & the positive outcome after treatment | tagline & facility commitment| phone# | 2 CTA buttons.
  • Quick Navigation Mmdules: highlight specific business areas identified during the Kick off | facilitate navigation fluidity through the website.
  • Services Area modules: focus on each treatment program & services offer by the facility.
  • Testimonials module: engage confidence & give a positive image of the facility.
  • Hiring section: dedicated area to target job seekers.
  • Story cards Module: focus on a specific area to engage more with the visitors.
